The trading DB has no open feed, so nothing pulls in automatically. The reliable bridge: open one of your Display my collection pages, select all, copy, and paste it below (the CSV export works too). Names are matched to units and ticked for you, and you get to review every match first.
Matching is best-effort on unit names. Anything unmatched is listed so you can tick it by hand. Applying only adds ticks; it never removes what you already have.
Pull the current list of garrisons, outposts and squads straight from 501st.com and see exactly what has been added, removed or promoted before anything changes. Owned groups that have left the Legion are archived, never deleted, so you keep the record of having collected them.
If the automatic check cannot reach 501st.com, paste a fresh units-with-squads.csv here instead. It works the same way: ticks stay keyed to each unit's ID, and vanished-but-owned units are archived.
Your collection is saved to the server and follows you between devices. A downloaded copy is still worth keeping as a safety net, and you can restore one at any time.
Clear every tick and any roster change. This affects the shared list on the server, not just this device.
Anyone with the link can view this manifest. Enter your edit key to make changes. The key is checked on the server, and only this device will remember it.
